Regular daily tour or lesson cancellation policy

Regular daily tour or lesson fees are payable upon booking. The fee is fully refundable if you cancel the tour or lesson up to 48 hours before departure.

Cancellations within 48 hours result in zero refund for guiding, lesson, or tour fees. Trail passes and equipment rental fees may be refundable on a case by case basis.

Event or multi day tour cancellation policy

Events or multi day tours are payable upon booking.
If you cancel more that 60 days prior you will receive a 100% refund.

If you cancel between 60 days and 31 days before the event, you will receive a 75% refund or a 100% credit for future events or tours; valid for two years.

If you cancel 30 days or less there is zero refund. Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, terrorism, civil unrest, or personal emergencies. In addition, there is no refund for arriving late or leaving early.

For cancellations less than 30 days in advance due to government travel restrictions, participants will receive a 100% credit valid for two years.

Our policy reflects a reasonable estimate of the actual costs Bethel Adventure Tours will incur in the event of participant or booking party cancellation at various points before the event.

Bethel Adventure Tours LLC assumes no responsibility for non-refundable airline or hotel reservations or other travel costs.

In the unlikely event that Bethel Adventure Tours cancels a tour, you will receive a 100% refund.
